You will receive four spindown black d10s as pictured.
These dice are spin-down dice so the numbers are in order and you can simply spin the dice to go from 9 to 0.
I originally created these with the purpose of using two dice to keep track of large life totals in games of EDH/Commander but I have found many other uses for these dice including:

Tracking Delirium
Planeswalker Loyalty

Levels in Munchkin
These dice are a must for playing games where you start with a high life total such as the Commander or EDH variation of Magic: The Gathering. With everything that is going on in these MTG games make your life easier with these dice and at least keeping track of your life total won't be a hassle.
