WWII-era POW trench art sweetheart aluminum cigarette picture box. Both sides are decorated, and the original photograph is still inside.

Intricate design with a great locking mechanism; both sides have different designs—a girl with a dog on one side and a monogram on the other. The outside edge and picture frame inside have a beautiful checker design. Well-made and painstakingly decorated piece. Signs of wear, use, and oxidation. 

Closed, approximately 3 5/8" x 2 5/8" x 7/16".
