    How to use this knife sharpener？

    Choosing different slot according to the sharpness of your knife

    1.If your knife is a little blunt(difficult to cut pork belly), using fine slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times.

    2.If your knife is blunt(difficult to cut lean pork), using medium slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times first and then fine slot for 6-7 times.

    3.If your knife is very blunt(difficult to cut vegetables), you must sharpen your knife 10-12 times with coarse slot first, then using medium slot and ceramic fine slot to sharpen your knife.


    Caution:

    1.The sharpener is not able to work with serrated, ceramic blades and scissors.

    2.Do not push and pull the knife back and forth, use one direction only.

    3.Do not put too much downward pressure.
