This item is a vintage, I think, although I do not know the age, hand carved wooden lion. The wood has a nice grain to it but I can't say what kind of what it is. There is no signature or other identifying marks.  It is about 5" long and about 2 /1/2" tall.  A nice piece of folk art for your collection.

I am always happy to combine similar items (or items that will pack well together) for possible savings on postage.
