It has been out of the mailer perhaps twice since I got it, so yeah....its factory fresh.

I took a close up of the top of the bubble.  This is exactly how it came to me...and is just a product of the machine that day, and NOT some hack attempt at resealing etc

The mailer box, as well as the outer box that the mailer came in are all included as pictured.  The mailer box has the common problem of the tab being slightly torn from attempting to get it out of the outer box! LOL  Small issue that has nothing to do with the figure, but hey...Ive got nothing to hide with this beautiful figure
