Frank Hopper "Black Poodle" Rare Gold Framed Matted Hand Signed Artist Proof 

Frank Hopper (1924-2022), a transplant from Chicago and New York lived in Sarasota, Florida where he created masterpiece murals, portraits, and fine art seen worldwide.  He attended the Art Institute of Chicago, was awarded the Gold Medal from the Academia in Florence Italy, which was never given to a non Italian Artist.

Frame measures: 23 1/4 inches by 19 1/4 inches
