Consignee is solely responsible for all these expenses.
PAYMENT METHOD: Typically, the customs agent or broker assigned by the
shipper’s provider will contact the buyer/consignee via the phone number listed
in the eBay Sales Record. Payment is made either by wire transfer or cash on
delivery (COD), where payment is collected upon delivery to the
buyer's/consignee's door before the parcel is released. We strongly advise the

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
