TERMS FOR WATCHES:

Authenticity of all watches is guaranteed, and a watch’s original box and/or papers are included only when so noted in the listing.   


We are an independent dealer of fine modern and vintage watches.  We are not an authorized agent of any of the brands whose watches we sell.  We’re not affiliated with Rolex USA or Rolex International.  All Rolex and Tudor watches offered by us are pre-owned and we’re the sole warrantor, if warranty is noted.  We can’t guarantee that these timepieces are waterproof unless the watch is Brand New.

We make every effort to provide accurate information and all details regarding every item.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

We accept PayPal with confirmed address. International buyers must pay via PayPal.

6.625% Sales Tax will apply to all items shipped to New Jersey. 


SHIPPING POLICIES:

We do not ship to PO Boxes.


International Buyers - please contact us for international shipping rates before bidding. We ship internationally via United States Postal Services or whichever carrier delivers to your destination.

International buyers must provide us with a valid telephone number prior to shipment.  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.  Please contact your customs authorities to determine local duties and/or taxes.

RETURNS:

Requests for return authorization will be considered ONLY if the item is not as described in our listing or photographs or in our eBay item description.

Returns without our written authorization will not be accepted.

If and when a return is authorized the buyer will secure packing and shipping, and adequate insurance to our facilities.

The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was initially received, including all boxes, manuals, and packing supplies, or all returns are null and void.
