This is a Non Genuine Replacement Flat belt to fit 

 Hoover Breeze Evo upright vacuum cleaner range. 

These will come loose to save on plastic waste

Before fitting please make sure that the bearing are not jammed and that the brush roller can be spun whist in the housing.

If the roller is jammed fitting a new belt will just cause the new belt to snap.
