This book is in Very Good to Excellent condition!  The cover has a tiny bit of wear around the edges and the coloring of the pages you can see that it is old but the book is in great shape as you can see by the photos!  This book came from my grandparents' estate and now it can take its place on your bookshelf.  The approximate size is:  8.5"x5.75"x1.625" thick.
