Up for sale is the Rare and Vintage NHL ANAHEIM MIGHTY DUCKS 3D MIGHTY DUCKS CONTEST POSTER ENTRY FORMS (ALL 4) that was available in the Orange County Register in the Sunday papers from September 24-October 15, 1995.  The newspaper and entry form dates were on #1-September 24, #2- October 01, #3- October 08, and #4- October 15 - 1995.  The contest was a trivia contest with the grand prize being a road-trip for 4 adults to see the Mighty Ducks play in Denver, Colorado which included; game tickets, airfare, one night hotel accommodations for Feb 25, 1996, and a Mighty Ducks memorabilia package.  All items are in excellent condition but may have some slight waviness due to shelf storage.  The items have been stored in Ultra Pro plastic sleeve covers or other plastic sleeve covers.  The #1- September 24 entry form does have the bottom of the entry form removed (where the name and address was filled out).  Please refer to the pictures.  These items come from a smoke free environment.
