Vintage Amber Rhinestone Unsigned 10 Peddle Brooch/Pin Jappaned. (C2) I'm not an expert but, everything I see on this Brooch  says it's an unsigned piece by "ART"  and they are highly Collectable. ART didn't start signing their work until the mid 1950's.  This is less than mediocre yet typical for ART jewelry. The work looks like something Art did. See for yourself. See pictues.
