Fun mod print and flattering silhouette. Surprise crinoline petticoat lining. So feminine!

This dress is in fairly good condition. The crinoline petticoat is torn in a couple of places and has some holes. It's underneath the dress so won't make a difference. There's some loose stitching on the back right shoulder blade. Still a unique vintage piece.
