Philodendron Gloriosum Philodendron gloriosum is a crawling, terrestrial plant that is native to Columbia. Its foliage is characterized by heart-shaped, velvety leaves with pale green or white veins. P. gloriosum favors high humidity and warm temperatures (never below 55 degrees), and performs best when exposed to bright indirect light. Too much exposure to direct sunlight will cause pale discoloration, yellowing of the leaves, and burn damage. Requires well-draining soil rich in organic matter. A mix of orchid bark, peat, perlite, and charcoal works well.
