Book condition:  Very Good.  Pictorial stiff paper boards are bright and clean with some shelfwear on both the front and rear.  No rips or tears.  There is a small crease in the front board that runs about 2” on the center right side.  On the rear, there is a crease that runs the full vertical from top to bottom but without compromising the stiff paper.  Spiral binding is in excellent condition and all holes are intact except for the first hole at both the top and the bottom.

Pages are fully intact with no tears or damage.  Three pages have small marks (please see last 3 pics) otherwise the interior pages are clean and bright.  All illustrations are intact and in beautiful condition.  Owner’s name written in the first page section of “this is the book of”.  Fifteen full-page color plates and eight in-text color illustrations.  Illustrations are the same as in the Scribner hardcover with the exception of the end papers, which are blank in this edition.

Parrish’s last and most well-known book illustrations.  An excellent collectible copy of this story/play and Alice in Wonderland side story.
