It is made of two layers of stretchy fabric, and Cotton Fabric with the Bow, when we choose the fabric our first approach is to make sure the fabric is soft.

Optional Nylon Headband.

The Fabric stretches up to 4" more inches when wearing. The following measurements are not stretched:

NB to 3 months-13 inches round.

6 Months -15 inches round

6-12 months 16 inches round

12-18 Months- 18 inches round.

18-24 Months-19 inches round.

1-4 Years -21 inches round.
