These fun plastic buckles were made in Taiwan.  They are new old stock or NOS.  They have some paint loss as pictured in the photographs.  The blue buckle has silvertone indentations all around it.  

The measurements are about 3 inches long x about 3 inches wide x about 1/8 inches deep.  Total weight is about 2.0 ounces.
