Item is from the game played July 3rd, 1947 between the St. Louis Cardinals at the Chicago Cubs.   

The Cubs won 4-2.  Erv Dusak homered for the Cardinals and Bill Nicholson and Don Johnson homered for the Cubs.  Johnson went 4 for 4.
