Though not exactly the same, this TPTT switch can replace the spst switch on the Heathkit Tube testers. 

 Measure between center screw hole to center hole, about 26mm, maybe 28mm.  Comes with new screws. 

This has three positions, left, center, right.   Center is a neutral position.
