FAQ: Do you give refunds?
ANSWER: The banners are made to order & therefore cannot be resold. If the spelling mistake was ours IE: If you submitted the name as Harry & we printed Hary, then we would reprint and send for FREE.
Please Note: Before printing we normally check your submitted details & would contact you if we find an odd submission, but please understand that we can also miss these mistakes & cannot be held responsible if the mistake was made by you (customer), we normally offer a reprint at a special price for you.
Always check your spelling & if you find a mistake please contact us ASAP so we can change the error. In non busy periods your banner could be printed within a day or so, refunds are only given if the product is faulty as per consumer law.
Our aim is to deliver the banners promptly BUT WE CANNOT guarantee this, because of circumstances out of our control like power outages, breakdowns, weather and any other unforeseen events, that prevent us from printing or dispatching your item.
When placing your order you agree to the above conditions & further agree that you will not be entitled to a refund if a third party like (Aust Post) fail to deliver your item ON TIME.
