Republic of China 10 cents (1 Chiao) nickel coin, YR27 (1938). It is listed in the Krause catalog as Y-349.

I think this coin is uncirculated, i.e., it has lots of mint luster. If it's not uncirculated, it's at least about uncirculated. Please look at the photos to see for yourself.
