IMPORTANT: THE PUMP SHAFT MUST BE ROTATED IN THE DIRECTION ORDERED ONLY (COUNTER CLOCKWISE). ROTATION IN THE WRONG DIRECTION CAN LEAD TO SHAFT LEAKAGE, LACK OF FLOW AND POTENTIAL SEAL FAILURE.
Proven high quality robust design successfully operating in many high volume applications.

Helpful calculations:
Pump flow in gpm = cc/rev. x rpm ÷ 3785 [example: 8cc/rev x 1800rpm ÷ 3785 = 3.8gpm]
Power to drive pump in HP = gpm x psi ÷ 1714 ÷ .85 [example: 3.8gpm x 3000psi ÷ 1714 ÷ .85 = 7.8HP]
Terms:
- cc/rev = displacement per revolution of pump (provided with the pump data)
- rpm = revolution per minute the shaft is being rotated (based on users driving source)
- gpm = output flow of pump in gallons per minute
- psi = pounds per square inch the hydraulic system is set for (based on users' system)
- 3785 = constant value to convert cc/rev. to gpm
- 1714 = constant value to convert flow and pressure to HP
- .85 = common efficiency value to account for mechanical and volumetric losses
