I broke my foot 30 years ago. Some of you might know that once a foot is broken it remains broken because all the little bones get scrambled around and they never go back to their original places. I've had a torn Achilles tendon for about two years and the pain has just started becoming more than tolerable. I have purchased many support sleeves. Most of them would not fit any adult human much less someone with a swollen extremity. This is a quality product. It fits well and provides excellent pain relief.

Very pleasantly surprised at how much this has helped my plantar fasciitis. I would recommend to anyone struggling with this problem. I can walk pretty much pain free. The more I wear it, the better I'm doing. I usually take it off at night, but have even slept with it on.

I have Plantar Fasciitis. When it flares up, it is almost debilitating! Every 6 months or so, I end up in PT. Taping, Ultra Sound, heavy anti inflammatory meds. I bought two pairs, one color in green and the other in orange and both are sized Medium which fit my feet quite well. I wear a size 41 shoe and often feel foot pain across the instep of my left foot. However, when I wear the plantar sleeves I feel no pain. The sleeves felt tight at first but this had loosened after a week or so. I wear these mostly at the gym. The compression stabilizes my ankles and feet during workouts, especially when performing Squats. Plus, the sleeves are a great value and look very cool!

OMG I love these things !!! wish I could wear them 24/7 I wear them at night and use a little bit of pain releaving spray so that the spray soaks in to the fabric over time and then I don't even need to spray them anymore just put on the socks before bed and BAM no more ankle pain waking me up at night :-) Definite 5 Stars and Definite I will buy again if these ever wear out :-)
