.......... Shipping $ - Carriers (UPS, Post Office, etc) charge shipping fees by weight as well as size of box & distance it has to travel. The further away you are from us, the more costly the shipping fee will be from the carrier. We do not add a handling fee to our listings. Feel free to go to USPS or UPS website to confirm fee you were charged if you have any concerns . Weight of box - PO & UPS both consider items weighing 1/10 ounce over 1 lb. at 2 lb. rate, etc.

We will not compromise packing for a cheaper price in shipping as we feel strongly about quality packing to prevent damage.

Shipping Information

Priority & UPS cost more money than first class & parcel select -- we feel your merchandise should get to you in the same condition as it leaves our hands. This is the best way to ship our fragile merchandise .

Overseas -- we only ship overseas through the Ebay Global shipping program. We do not determine shipping fees. That is calculated through Ebay and the shipper.

Tracking is automatically uploaded by Ebay once we pay the shipper - if you do not receive this number, please feel free to ask us for it.

      IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

Post office government policy indicates that a damaged item can not be returned to seller through the United States Postal Service as it is against the law to mail broken items. (indicated on their website under file a claim).

We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues & hope you will do the same.

We package securely, & insure all priority mail, however we have no control of how UPS or the post office handle our packages once they leave our hands. Should a problem arise, please email us with your concerns. If item is lost in shipping, we will work with you & the post office to locate it. If item is damaged, we will file a claim but we must have a picture of the damaged item, another photo of the box showing all our packing, and another showing the label which are required by the shipper when filing a claim. All damaged items must be kept by you until we hear from the post office that it is ok to toss the damaged item. If post office requires to see item they may have us send you a notice to bring to local post office. If this is not done, they may deny the claim.
