As Ms. Martin states El Chupacabra was first sighted in Puerto Rico
but has been spotted throughout Mexico.
He is typically cheery until he is hungry...
and then has been known to drink the blood of goats to survive.
Since he is ashamed of this behavior he avoids humans .
