I try to clean items that are dirty But I only whip down so no damage to the item
Silver and Gold tone items I use a polishing cloth
all jewelry will still need to be cleaned when received.

I have look over and described the item to the best of my knowledge, and I will try my best to make sure the item is as described but please remember that things happen, and I may miss something so if I don't catch the mistake before I ship the item please contact me about any issue you have with the item so I can correct the problem before leaving
