Overseas delivery times vary depending on the speed of the destination customs department and postal service. We usually advise an average delivery time of 5-10 working days for Europe and 5-20 working days for the rest of the world.

Collections are not available from our premises.

We offer free 60 day returns on all items (UK only). Returns must be arranged through eBay by opening a return request, and the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Faulty items outside the 60 days may need to be returned to us for testing before a replacement or refund is issued. Labour claims and consequential loss claims are never accepted.

We aim to respond to all messages within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) however during busy periods this may take longer.

Environmental Initiative

At RTG Automotive we have taken a number of steps to reduce our impact on the environment.

We are phasing out printed packaging and 95% of our home brand products come in plain box or plain bag packaging. This not only saves the environment, but also cuts costs (a saving which we pass on to you). Please note even if the image still shows a printed box we may still send the product in plain packaging.

We don’t send paper invoices, packing notes or any paperwork with our orders (unless specifically requested by a customer). We even print our address labels as small as possible. Overall this saves about 1,200,000 sheets of paper every year; that’s equivalent to 145 trees! VAT invoices can be emailed upon request.
