SHIPPING

• All parcels will be posted using Australia Post, standard post with tracking (unless other method selected).
  
  
• With Standard Post or Express Post, If no one is available to accept the parcel when signature on delivery is not chosen, Australia Post will opt to leave your parcel in a "safe place" if the driver deems this appropriate. If no safe place is identified, they will take the parcel back to your local post office for collection.
  
  
• With Signature on Delivery, if no one is home, the driver will take the parcel back to the post office for collection, where ID and signature is required to collect. We recommend choosing this option for valuable items, or if you have concerns about your parcel's security.
  
  
• Note: We recommend using a PO Box or business address, or opting for standard postage with signature if using a residential address that will be unattended during business hours. If your parcel was delivered to your premises and left in a safe place, and you have any issues locating the parcel, please contact Australia Post support for assistance, as they will have a photograph of the parcel in position on record.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buying from outside Australia? We ship internationally too, using Australia Post Standard International Service with tracking.

Please note that the postage charge does not include Customs fees that may be incurred once the parcel enters Customs. Any fees that are charged by Customs are the responsibility of the buyer to cover, and completely outside of our control. Please take this into account when purchasing from overseas.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of wrong size, change of mind, ordered the wrong item etc. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. We will assist with further instructions.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is available from our store in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. This can be arranged after payment is made, and will be available for collection after 1 business day to allow for stock transfer.
