Warranty

  • 30 days from the delivery date.
  • If the item is found defective within 30 days, return it for full refund or a free replacement or repair.
  • All our items are marked, sealed with security labels and taken high resolution photos of the internal & external item against fraud before shipping.
  • If the item is found defective please notify us immediately. Do not break the seal/security labels or your warranty will be void!

Return

  • No returns accepted for working items, or items which have security seal label or manufacturer seal label cut or broken.
  • Return items which are later than 45 days from the sold date are not accepted.
  • Return items must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you.
  • Return items will be checked with high resolution photos against fraud and tested at our LAB to find the problem.
  • The Warranty is void (A refund will not be issued) if:
    • The return item has security seal label, factory label cut or broken.
    • The return item is tampered, altered or repaired.
    • The return item is damaged during transit because not properly packed.
    • The return item is found burned, abused or misused (improper operation, storage, installation, carelessness, updating firmware/bios, or damaged because of mishandling).
  • Dishonest buyers will be reported to eBay and FTC Fraud and blocked from future purchasing.
