Product Description.

These patches are made from top quality Waterproof Heavy Duty Canvas 600 Denier with PVC backing.  Your details are embroidered onto the fabric using top quality embroidery thread and then an iron on backing is applied to the reverse and the edges are heat sealed.

All sizes are approx.

1 Line - 100mm x 25mm (4" x1")
2 Line - 100mm x 30mm
3 Line - 100mm x 40mm
Square - 75mm 
Circle - 75mm
Shield - 65mm x 75mm
Mini Circle - 25mm (suitable for a maximum 3 characters)
Mini Square - 25mm (suitable for a maximum 3 characters)
Mini Oval - 40mm x 25mm (suitable for a maximum 3 characters)
Mini Name -  45mm x 20mm (suitable for a maximum of 4-5 characters)
Vertical 1 line patch 100mm x 25mm


We recommend approx. up to 14 characters (including spaces) per line unless otherwise stated.  Your requested text will be adjusted in size to fit the patch selected. Email us if you are unsure whether your custom text will fit.


To Order:

  • Select the design
  • Select the Background fabric colour of your choice
Then email us, add a message to seller (please ensure you save this message before moving onto the next step) or leave a note in the personalisation box above letting us know the text required and thread colour.  If we do not receive a thread colour your patch will be made as the photographed sample to the patch style purchased

If we do not receive all the information required to produce your design we will email you.  Delays in reply will cause delays in production of your order.

Your patch will be made to the details received e.g if we receive a name in all capitals it will be made in capitals, if we receive it in lower case it will be made in lower case, and so on.

Please note that this listing is for text only as shown on the image, if you require a logo (even a text only logo) or artwork please email us before purchase.  If purchased before double checking your order will be cancelled and we will look at it separately as a custom artwork order.

Iron On Instructions (These will be included with your order)

Do NOT use on fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl's, or leathers. Iron may scorch leathers and suede's.

1) Garment should be clean & freshly laundered.
2) Set iron to "COTTON", hottest setting with the steam turned OFF.
3) Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed.
4) Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up (Glue side down).
5) Place cloth or light towel (we used Greaseproof paper) over patch and press firmly for 30 seconds.
6) Allow patch to cool.
7) If edge of patch can be lifted, please repeat step 5.

Longer lasting results can be achieved with a heat/steam press. Permanence of application guaranteed by sewing.
