The coil is an electric actuator with two defined positions with action type 1.AB, which is used in connection with an electro-pilot, to transform an electrical impulse into the mechanical actuation that performs the switching of the valve. Therefore the coil-electropilot assembly allows to control a pneumatic actuator by means of an electrical (electronic) device.
The UNIVER coils are made with a normal or self-extinguishing thermoplastic resin casing and a class H insulated wire winding and, when the process requires it, vacuum impregnated; the electrical connection is made both with a female bipolar connector type MOLEX (coils UO4 and UO5) and with a connector type din 43650 and mPm122 43650 and mPm122 (coils U1 - U2 - U3 - UO5) and with flying leads. In the first case, the degree of protection of the coil is IP50, while in the second it is IP65. Overall, the UNIVER coils are insulated in class F.
The UNIVER coils are control devices with independent assembly, replaceable without intervening on the pneumatic circuit and work correctly with a compressed ambient temperature between -10° and +45°C and in situations of normal pollution if without a connector, the coil has a degree of protection IPOO and must be incorporated.
UNIVER coils are CE marked in compliance with the low voltage directive n° 73/23 and 93/68 and DL n° 626/96 and L. 791/77 and L. 220/1 and suppl. OJ No. 209 of 9/96.
