These items are all new and directly from the manufacturer which is Oster, but since it's been sitting in the shelves for a long time some of the boxes are torn or damaged. Also, the Oster logo or the Oster metal plate on the head of the clipper might have some scratches and the clipper body might have some blemishes, scratch and nicks on it.
