Return policy

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. 

Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging.

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 7 days after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. 

Shipping cost, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees, 

regardless of the situation (return, damage in transit, non-conformity with the vehicle)

All shipping damages must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and draw up a damage report on the official letterhead of the carrier who delivered the parcel. Without this document, we will not accept returns on damage in transit and will not be able to pay compensation for damage.
