The industrial sewing machine parts I offer are from the inventory of a recently retired field service technician.  ALL ARE GENUINE OEM FACTORY REPLACEMENT PARTS.  None are 3rd party aftermarket parts.  While all parts are new and have never been used, some can be several years old and have been stored & transported in the technician's vehicle.  As a result of age, handling, and storage in a moving vehicle, some pictures may show minor cosmetic surface blemishes that in no way affects the performance of the part.  You can expect the part to have the quality, fit and life span that only GENUINE OEM FACTORY REPLACEMENT PARTS can deliver.

Payment must be made within 3 days.   I will ship within 24-48 hours of payment (M-F) except holidays.  Items paid for on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.  I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible. If you are not satisfied with your item, please notify me as soon as possible so I may have the opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Return policy details

A full refund will be issued provided the item is returned in its original state with no parts missing, damaged or exchanged. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless an item is described inaccurately.
