Stamp issued to mark a meeting of the World Association of Ex-Combatants.

The stamp depicts a blasted olive tree optimistically re-sprouting from a barbed-wire entanglement. The motto nobis pax alma veni (to us come, kind Peace) is from an Elegy by Tibullus.
