Warranty

Every Akinite product is thoroughly inspected & tested as required before leaving the factory or supplier. In addition to any statutory rights or requirements you may have, Akinite warrants all products against defective manufacture and faulty materials for a period of (12) twelve months from the date of purchase and undertakes at its decision, to repair or replace free of charge the product or any faulty part/s as required in condition that:

1. The complete product is returned to Akinite in person or prepaid by the client and found after examination to be faulty from a manufacturing defect. Important note: please contact Akinite first regarding warranty returns before returning goods.
2. The product has not been subject to misuse, abuse or operated out of its normal operational use.
3. The repair or maintenance is not required due to normal wear & tear of the product or it's parts. We always endeavour to be as quick & efficient as possible when handling warranty claims & repairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL TAX INVOICE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS!

Shipping

Shipping is free within Australia with some remote location exceptions and 90% of goods are dispatched next day after full payment is received. If you need to cancel a purchase after the goods have been shipped to you, please contact us through Ebay as a 10% restocking fee may be required, one of our friendly staff members can inform you of this before you send the goods back to us. It is up to the customer to ensure the item is received. For large/heavy items you or a nominated party at your selected postal location are required to receive the item/s and may need to assist couriers using mechanical means such as a forklift for heavy items. If you are unable to receive the item/s, please contact us through Ebay before purchase to let us know. Postage fees are not refundable. Shipping times during peak periods and to remote areas may vary, please contact us before purchase if your item is required to be delivered before a certain date as courier delivery times can vary. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Please note: when shipping to some remote areas within Australia your item may be sent to your nearest depot or delivery point, if in the event you live within a remote area and the item can not be delivered to your preferred location, we will notify you of this before shipping.

Pick is allowed after purchase, please contact our store before picking up your goods to ensure our items are ready. Please note: products are not on display.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Akinite through Ebay so we can assist you further, it is our goal to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Returned items must be in their original condition & packaging, postage is not refundable and you will be required to post the item back to us.
