  • All orders ship Free UPS ground.
  • Orders placed before 2PM CST M-F will be shipped same day.
  • UPS Next Day & 2nd Day shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • International orders shipped via USPS.
  • For new customers, orders over $600 are shipped with signature required.
  • All orders with a core due, you must call us to secure core value before item ships.

Items requiring a core return will not ship until you contact us with your payment information to secure the value of the core.

There will be no charge for the core at the time of purchase unless the customer is COD or the product purchased is being shipped out of the contiguous United States.

The customer has 30 days to return the core from the date of purchase.

  • Core Return shipping label provided free of charge. (Contiguous US Only)
  • If the core is returned within 30 days, there will be no charge.
  • Customers who are COD or shipping out of the contiguous United States will be reimbursed for the core value upon return.
  • Cores must be returned complete, in an “as removed” and rebuildable condition.
    • Cores must be like for like. Same make, model, type, and part number of the item purchased.
    • Cores damaged due to fire, fuel contamination, or that have been disassembled may be rejected at the company's discretion.
    • Cores returned incomplete may receive partial credit, the amount of credit, if any, issued will be at the company's discretion.
  • After 30 days, if the core has not been returned or was deemed unacceptable, the payment method left on file will be charged for the value of the cores owed.
  • If the payment for the value of the core is declined, the account will be closed and any warranties will be void.
  • After 30 days, if you have been charged for the core and the core has not been returned, you may still return them for a refund minus 10% of the core value and $25 late fee per month.
  • After 60 days no core refund will be given, or the cores may be purchased at current market value as determined by Pensacola Fuel Injection.

What is a "Core"?

A core is the used, typically worn out, old part that is being replaced by the new or rebuilt item.

Why do I need to return a core?

In the automotive industry cores are essential components that retain value even after they stop working correctly because they can be rebuilt or used for parts in the rebuilding process to reduce environmental waste and re-manufacturing costs. Returning cores helps the automotive rebuilding industry offer high quality parts often at a much lower cost to new alternatives. If the item you purchased has a core return required, it is because Pensacola Fuel Injection will be using all or some of that core in their rebuilding process which keeps costs down for everyone.

  • All returns must have an RGA#, YOU MUST CALL TO GET THIS (No exceptions)
  • No warranty or refund will be issued if the product is not returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection.
  • The seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer's responsibility to ensure proper installation and if in doubt contact the manufacturer.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for all warranty issues from the manufacturer.
  • Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or re-installation of products or any other contingent expenses.
  • All new and OEM products, as well as Turbochargers, Cylinder Heads, VP44 & CAPS pumps must be returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection for evaluation BEFORE a replacement will be issued.
  • Warranty is void if any part has been disassembled, modified, or tampered with in any way.
  • VP44 Fuel pump warranty is void if any performance products are added, this will cause irreparable damage to the electronic PSG (Pump Control Unit).
  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to original purchaser.
  • On Items with a Core Due - Warranty is void if core value is not satisfied within 30 days of purchase.
  • We have determined the use of alternative fuels is damaging to the fuel system. The use of any bio-diesel or any other alternative fuels voids all warranties.
  • Duration of warranty varies by product. Please check individual listings for length of warranty coverage provided.

Returns will be credited back minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

No returns or refunds on parts purchased in kits.

No returns on electrical parts.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

All orders with a core due, including PayPal require we have a payment method on file.

The payment method left on file will not be charged unless the core is rejected or not returned within 30 days.
