This is a W. M. Mounts silverplate tray.     It does have lots of patina but could be cleaned up really easy.   The tray has been used so please look at the pictures.

Measurements are.

Height 1/2"

Length outside to outside 12 1/4"

Width outside to outside 9 3/4"

Length inside to inside indented part 9"

Width inside to inside indented part 6 1/2"

There are no dents on the item.
