 Buyer must verify model compatibility prior to bidding or purchasing.

No Warranty for any items marked “Parts or Repair” (No Working).

Most our products are backed by 14 days warranty against Non functional or defective merchandise.

Warranty period starts the day you receive the item.

Most products we sell are fully tested in house by our certified and skilled technicians and are guaranteed to work.

If the product you receive is not as advertised by us, we will send replacement or refund for the full amount.

As we use different carriers for shipping, if you received your product in defective and/or damaged condition, please email us. 

Once we have had the chance to determine the cause of damage we will replace the item or issue full refund.

All shipping damaged products require that you contact us before shipping the product back to us. 

Failure to contact us before shipping will make the warranty null and void.

Returns and Refunds

No returns are accepted once the 14 day warranty period has expired. 

A full refund will be issued for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented product within 7 days of receiving them back at our place.

Please don't leave a negative feedback before giving us a opportunity to resolve the issue.

If you have any problems or concerns with the product you have received please email us and give us an opportunity to respond before returning/shipping the product back to us.

A 25% restocking fee will be taken off from your refund along with shipping charges for any unwanted or wrong purchased items you send back to us.

Shipping and Handling

We will ship your purchase in 1 business day after payment is received this does not include weekend nor holidays. 

We use USPS First Class/Priority.

We take combine  shipments.

Your tracking number will post automatically.
