Oticon is the only manufacturer that uses a battery door design with their Lithium-Ion batteries. This means that Oticon hearing aids do not need to be sent in for battery replacement - the rechargeable batteries can be replaced in our clinic. Oticon Li-ion batteries supplied with Oticon hearing aids come with a 12-month warranty and are considered a consumable item. The rechargeable battery can only be replaced by a hearing care professional.

It couldn t be easier to start using rechargeable Oticon hearing aids and forget about changing batteries. You simply put your hearing aids in their charger at night. They will be fully charged in the morning for a full day of hearing, including streaming.
The charging dock is an additional accessory available for purchase and is necessary for these hearing aids to function.
