SHIPPING
- We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS at our discretion.
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO address or PO boxes.
- Some listings offer free ground shipping. This pertains to contiguous United States only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories will incur normal shipping charges.
- We only ship to your PayPal address and cannot change the address once your order is placed.

PAYMENT
- We only accept payment by PayPal.
- Immediate payment is required.
RETURNS
- Returns will only be accepted in the case that the item has not been described accurately in terms of authenticity, functionality and cosmetic condition.
- If you feel your item has not been described properly, simply contact us via email within seven days of your receipt of the item and describe the problem. We will get back to you promptly to arrange your return of the item and a full refund of your purchase price.

- Advanced HPC guarantees no DOA.
- Advanced HPC will warranty product for up to 30-Days as specified in the product listing.
- Our products may also carry remaining manufacturer warranty for up to three years.
Please check serial number with manufacturer directly to verify any remaining warranty. All products covered by manufacturers' warranty will be exchanged only through manufacturer directly.
