This perforated sample promo card came out of an October 2010 issue of Sport Illustrated for Kids - YES, the magazine.

The card promotes a new TV series by Marvel/Disney (The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes!).

It started on October 20, 2010 on Wednesday nights at 8:30.
