Made to fit from 0-3m - Simply scrunch swaddle up with hands and start at your baby's feet and work your way up to their shoulders. Strong babies will work their arms out of sack; 

Cocoon sacks are adorable and easy to use. There are no zippers, no Velcro or snaps, they are soft and comfortable. If your baby is tiny, tie a knot at the bottom. Make sure baby's shoulder is above the sleeping sack.

Washing instructions: Machine wash, cool water, Place swaddle and headband (or beanie) in a mesh bag.
