We ship only to confirmed addresses if paying by PayPal.

All items from Anzor Jewelry are made to order so they are always brand new. We usually require 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive the order to ship the order out.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

When your payment has cleared and your item(s) are finished, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Items are shipped via USPS. Shipments take approximately 5 business days to arrive from date of shipment.

Anzor Jewelry retains the right to refuse any exchange, credit, or refund if we feel the policy is being abused.

Due to the high costs of casting and refining platinum, there is an additional 20% recycling charge on any return of a platinum item.

To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at via eBay Messages or phone. We will inspect your item. If your item shows signs of wear, or have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the return.

Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 Business Days upon verified & tracked receipt of your return package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
