INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We welcome all international bidders and ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. RAW Powersports is NOT responsible for import taxes, charges, and duties which may be due upon arrival to your country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. We do not mark merchandise under value or as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds 20%. The item must remain in the same condition it was shipped in, or the return may not be accepted. Shipping and handling expenses are nonrefundable. Returns must be approved before a refund can be issued.
ABOUT WEAR ITEMS: Bearings, CV axle boots, bushings, gaskets, seals, cables, clutch plates, sprockets, pistons, and rings are all WEAR ITEMS and are not guaranteed by us unless specifically stated in the listing. All parts are USED unless specifically noted otherwise in the item description, this means they may be old, dirty, scratched, scuffed, or have blemishes/imperfections. What you see in the pictures is what you get, so please inspect the photos of your potential purchases carefully. While we make every effort to ensure our fitment charts are accurate, it is the customers responsibility to check part compatibility.
FEEDBACK: We seek to offer the best value and service possible! Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your transaction; if this isn't possible, let us know why. PLEASE do not leave negative feedback before contacting us about your experience. Customer service is our #1 priority. We strive to earn our positive feedback and 5 star ratings in all categories. Each part is inspected before it is listed, however, we deal with a high volume of new and used parts every day. While we make every effort to describe the parts as accurately as possible, it is possible for us to miss something. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know. We will do our best to resolve any issues found. If you've had a pleasant purchasing experience, please take a moment to leave us a positive 5 star rating.
