The Cerberus Elite Lifting Straps have been designed for durability and with heavy lifting in mind. Constructed from nylon webbing that is rated to 2 tonnes with an industrial strength sewn loop. These lifting straps are the staple in your gym bag. They provide improved bar coverage over other straps and are great on exercises such as deadlifts, pull ups, pull downs, bent over rows or any barbell/dumbbell exercise requiring heavy grip.

You will need to break them in as they will be smooth when you get them. Rub them on a bar, crush some chalk in, and get them a bit rougher. The more you use them the better they get!
