Once you receive the item please check it immediately and report any damages or issues within 48 hours. We will not accept any damage claim after the initial 48 hours of receiving the item.
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item you can return the item at your expense in the original packaging and the initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

All items can be collected from our warehouse in Birmingham (B27 6BY) with prior notice.
You can also arrange your own collection via courier service. We can pack the item securely and also assist in loading.

Returns:

- However in the event of receiving damaged goods - all customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
- Also as part of our company policy please email us photo of the damaged item and also outline a brief message stating what area is damaged and what you would like to do to resolve the matter.
