Vintage Steiff Baloo.  No tag.  No button. No claws on hand or feet. His feel have pin or staple holes and and some scuffing. He has some fur wear or worn spots at his hands and feet. And he needs a cleaning. His arms and neck are jointed.  and the joints are intact.  He stands approx 14" tall. He still displays well enough, but he is a bit rough. He is still solid enough. This one was played with, and he needs cleaning. Rough but not without some merits.
