Optive Fusion Preservative-Free 30 x 0.4mL Vials

Directions

Make sure container is intact before use.

  • To open, COMPLETELY TWIST OFF TAB, then pull to remove.
  • Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and discard unused contents.

Can be used as often as needed. Please retain for future reference.
Keep the single ampoules in the pouch until use. Once the pouch is opened, protect from light.

Active Ingredients

Each mL contains:
5mg carmellose sodium
10mg glycerin
1mg sodium hyaluronate.

Warnings

For external use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.
Replace cap after use.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
Do not use if solution changes colour.
Do not use the eye drops if they have passed their expiry date.
