Buyer pays shipping. International including Canada provided through E-bay's Global shipping, please check quote BEFORE bidding! We ship our items one business day after receiving payment, in some instances the same day if you pay in the morning. We use USPS as a main carrier, First Class for light items under 13oz that will fit in a large envelope and Parcel Post for others. For USPS Priority please select 2nd shipping option. We will inform you if there will be a delay from our house to the Post Office for any reason. Transit and Delivery will vary 3-5 days for First Class mail, 5-9 days for Parcel Post, 2-4 days for Priority Shipping depending on your location and weather. Handling fees include the 13% E-bay and PayPal fees that they add on the shipping cost plus a 30 cents transaction charge and also printing, packaging and trip to the Post Office.

Our home is a pet & smoke free home. All figure skating dresses are clean and in good condition. We launder and handwash all used clothes. Please ask all questions before you place your bid and if you see a discrepancy in the listing, description or photos. Being that we sell mostly used  items, normal policy is, "As Is" and "All Sales Final".  If there is any damage or wear it is listed in the description and / or shown on the photographs.  Any returns are done on an individual basis, normally only if we made an error in listing. We strive and work very hard to accurately describe and photograph each item that we list. PLEASE note that the items are "2nd hand", even if they are "New with Tag", they do not come directly from the manufacturer. Returns are very costly to us, this is not a store, the dresses and items belong to the girls skating at our local rink.

We always leave positive feedback when we know that you are satisfied with the item. Please be so kind as to leave us a positive 5 * s  feedback when your item arrives. If you have any questions or problem, please contact us right away within 3 days of delivery prior to leaving feedback so we can go over it. Thank you!
